Effective Date: 5/10/2026 Due to the nature of our products, all sales from Alpha Polaris Labs LLC are subject to the following Return & Refund Policy.

All products sold by Alpha Polaris Labs LLC are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Because our products are intended for research use only, we cannot accept returns once items have been shipped.

  • 2. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your package is:

  • Lost in transit (not marked delivered): contact us within 3-5 days of expected delivery
  • Damaged upon arrival: contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product. Must provide images of damaged products
  • 3. Non-Eligible Situations

We will review claims and may issue a replacement or store credit. We do not offer cash refunds.

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier
  • Improper handling, storage, or use of products
  • Failure to understand product use restrictions
