Return & Refund Policy

This policy explains why all sales are final, how to raise a claim for a lost or damaged shipment, which situations are not eligible, and how to reach us.

Because our products are supplied for laboratory research use only, materials cannot be accepted back into stock once they have shipped. Claims for shipping loss or damage are handled separately and are subject to the time limits below.

  • All sales are final once shipped
  • Damage claims within 48 hours, with photographs
  • Approved claims are resolved by replacement or store credit

Research materials cannot be returned to stock once they have left our facility.

Claim windows

48 hours for damage on arrival, 3 to 5 days for a shipment lost in transit.

Approved claims are settled by replacement or store credit rather than cash.

Not for human or animal consumption, and not evaluated by the FDA.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales from Alpha Polaris Labs LLC are subject to the following Return and Refund Policy.

1. All sales are final

All products sold by Alpha Polaris Labs LLC are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Because our products are intended for research use only, we cannot accept returns once items have been shipped.

2. Lost, delayed or damaged shipments

If your package is:

  • Lost in transit and not marked delivered, contact us within 3 to 5 days of the expected delivery date
  • Damaged on arrival, contact us within 48 hours with photographs of both the packaging and the product. Images of the damaged items must be provided

We will review claims and may issue a replacement or store credit. We do not offer cash refunds.

3. Non-eligible situations

We do not offer refunds or replacements in the following situations:

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
  • Improper handling, storage or use of products
  • Failure to understand product use restrictions

4. Compliance notice

All products are sold for research use only and are not for human or animal consumption.

These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease and have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
