Accessing this website or placing an order forms a binding agreement on these terms. Alpha Polaris Labs LLC supplies laboratory research materials to qualified purchasers aged 21 or over, and is not a pharmacy.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Alpha Polaris Labs LLC website and your purchase of products from us. By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. General use

By using this website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 21 years old
  • You are using this site for lawful purposes only
  • You agree not to misuse the website or its content

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access at any time.

2. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alpha Polaris Labs LLC from any claims, damages or legal actions arising from misuse of products, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable laws or regulations.

3. Purchaser responsibility and assumption of risk

By purchasing, handling or using any products from Alpha Polaris Labs LLC, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are a qualified and knowledgeable individual or entity with the expertise required to safely handle research materials
  • You understand that research chemicals and peptides may present known and unknown risks, including but not limited to toxicity, instability or adverse reactions
  • You are solely responsible for proper handling, storage and disposal of all products
  • You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and safety standards
  • All products are used at your own risk
  • Alpha Polaris Labs LLC is not responsible for any misuse, improper handling or unauthorised application of its products
  • You assume full liability for any consequences resulting from the purchase, use, storage or disposal of products

4. FDA disclaimer and regulatory status

All products sold by Alpha Polaris Labs LLC are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes only.

These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease and have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

Alpha Polaris Labs LLC is not a licensed pharmacy, is not operating as a compounding pharmacy under Section 503A, and is not registered as an outsourcing facility under Section 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • Products are not for human or animal consumption
  • Products are intended for in vitro laboratory research use only
  • Products will not be used for clinical, therapeutic or diagnostic purposes
  • You will not use products for any prohibited or unsafe purpose

5. Waiver and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you waive, release and discharge Alpha Polaris Labs LLC, its owners, officers, employees, affiliates and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs or expenses arising out of or related to:

  • The purchase, handling, storage or use of any products
  • Misuse or unauthorised use of products
  • Failure to comply with applicable laws

Alpha Polaris Labs LLC shall not be liable for any damages, including loss of profits or business, personal injury or property damage, or indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the price paid for the product.

6. Returns and refunds

All sales are final, with exceptions only for damaged products or incorrect shipments. Claims must be submitted within 2 days of receipt of shipment. Email support@alphapolarislabs.com.

7. Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. Payment must be completed at checkout. Transactions are processed securely through third party providers.

8. Intellectual property

All website content is owned by Alpha Polaris Labs LLC and may not be used without permission.

9. Delivery

For orders shipped within the United States, where an order is not successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout, a replacement shipment or store credit may be issued at our discretion. This applies only if:

  • The shipping address is accurate and complete
  • The package is not marked as delivered by the carrier
  • The order is not delayed due to circumstances outside our control
