Effective Date: 5/2/2026 Thank you for shopping with Alpha Polaris Labs LLC. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

  • 1. Order Processing Time
  • Orders are processed within 24-36 hours (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays)
  • Orders placed after business hours will begin processing the next business day
  • During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched
  • 2. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on all U.S. orders of $200 or more (after discounts, before taxes, if applicable).

Orders under $200 will be charged a shipping fee calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to select the shipping carrier and method.

  • We currently ship within the United States only
  • No international shipping is offered at this time
  • Orders with international shipping addresses will be canceled and refunded
  • 3. Delivery Timeframes & Guaranteed Delivery

Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days (after processing), depending on selected method. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We offer a Guaranteed Delivery Policy for domestic shipments: if your order is not delivered, we may issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

  • The shipping address provided must be accurate and complete
  • The package must not be marked as delivered by the carrier
  • We are not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, lost or stolen packages after delivery, or delays due to weather, carrier disruptions, or incorrect address
  • 4. Incorrect Address & Order Tracking
  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address
  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees for reshipment
  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses
  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Customers are responsible for monitoring delivery status
