Shipping Policy

This policy explains how long orders take to process, what shipping costs, where we ship to, how delivery claims are handled, and who is responsible for address accuracy.

Alpha Polaris Labs LLC ships within the United States only, from Jersey City, New Jersey. Tracking is emailed on dispatch, and delivery timeframes are estimates rather than guarantees.

  • Domestic shipping only, no international orders

Processing

Orders are prepared on business days, with confirmation emailed on dispatch.

Free shipping

Standard shipping is free on qualifying US orders, calculated at checkout.

US only

We do not ship internationally. Overseas orders are cancelled and refunded.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for supplying a complete and correct address.

Thank you for shopping with Alpha Polaris Labs LLC. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped and delivered.

1. Order processing time

  • Orders are processed within 24 to 36 hours, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays
  • Orders placed after business hours will begin processing the next business day
  • During high demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched

2. Shipping rates and free shipping

Free standard shipping is available on all US orders of $200 or more, calculated after discounts and before taxes where applicable.

Orders under $200 will be charged a shipping fee calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to select the shipping carrier and method.

  • We currently ship within the United States only
  • No international shipping is offered at this time
  • Orders with international shipping addresses will be cancelled and refunded

3. Delivery timeframes and delivery claims

Standard shipping: 2 to 5 business days after processing, depending on the method selected. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

For domestic shipments, if your order is not delivered we may issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion. This applies where:

  • The shipping address provided was accurate and complete
  • The package has not been marked as delivered by the carrier

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier, packages lost or stolen after delivery, or delays caused by weather, carrier disruption or an incorrect address.

4. Incorrect address

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address
  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees for reshipment
  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address

5. Order tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Customers are responsible for monitoring delivery status.

6. Compliance notice

All products sold by Alpha Polaris Labs LLC are for research use only and must be handled in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. By placing an order, you agree to comply with all local, state and federal requirements.
